Mizu AI LLC provides custom AI automation solutions for businesses, including but not limited to: workflow automation, document processing, AI agent development, and integration services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-built solutions created specifically for their project. Mizu AI retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies used across multiple projects.
We treat all client data and business information as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Mizu AI's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. AI systems are provided "as-is" after the agreed testing and acceptance period. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days' written notice. Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
